If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department directly at (800) 799-5165. They will check the availability of the replacement item requested by you and further explain the steps needed to make the exchange.

Merchandise that is exchangeable can be returned by mailing to the address mentioned above. There are no additional fees for an exchange. Once the original item is received, the replacement merchandise will arrive to you within 2-3 business days.


All return labels are sent via email in PDF file format, service provider will be FedEx or UPS unless otherwise stated.

Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

All items on are shipped from the warehouse in California and will be shipped on the same business day if an order is placed before 3:00pm EST. All items are subject to be delivered within 1-5 days based on your location. If we do not have the items you ordered in our warehouse, we will get them from one of our over 100 retail stores and ship them to you within 1-5 business days.

Our preferred US Carrier is FedEx. For some US destinations, USPS may be used.

All orders priced at $50 or more shipped to a destination within the Contiguous United States are shipped free of charge. For US Domestic orders below $50 the shipping cost depends on the zip code or the city that the order is being shipped to. All shipping cost rates are determined by the shipping location and all costs may vary based on location. To determine your shipping cost, you may do so at Checkout by selecting your zip code and city.


We currently offer FedEx 2-Day Air only for $19.99.


We are currently offering international orders for Canada only.


Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, Guam, APO and FPO addresses. Rates will be available at Check Out.

Customers from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, APO and FPO addresses can ship by FedEx 2-Day Air for only $19.99.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will provide a full refund to your credit card for exchange of an unsatisfactory product with another one if returned within 90 days. There are no restocking charges. We will issue a full refund including shipping and sales tax subject to receiving the item back.


There are no exceptions. We will issue a full refund if your item is returned within 90 days. No questions.


In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing refund.


Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receipt of the returned items. We can only refund to the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available we will mail a check to you with the total purchased amount. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or Credit Card Company.

We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards. Orders paid by cashier check or money order will receive a check via mail only to the original billing name and address. No exceptions will be made in order to prevent fraud.
